When my friend tells me the biggest secret ever, and that I am not to tell anyone, I never would tell anyone. But what if it involves wrong-doing? And the other person involved is your friend too? Is it right to tell the secret so your other friend knows? Or is it better to keep the promise?
I make myself believe that it is better to keep the secret.. If the other person who is involved does not know, it is for them to find out. Its the easiest and only way I can make myself feel better about knowing about it. It's very selfish.. But what can I do? If I tell the secret, I break my promise. And the other person involved can hate me too (as I experience before, the whole story turned around and it looked like I was the bad guy). I know its being very self-centered, and all I am taking into account is myself, and my relationship with my friends. But oh well, I'll just pretend I don't know anything.

As my mother always told me once you tell even one other person a "secret", it is no longer a secret.
Life is always full of secrets and lies, the hardest thing to do it tell he two apart. One to tell and one to keep.
yeah but what if the secret involves wrong doing to another person? is it worth telling or not?
